Bob Cozzens
CEO & Founder of NBN, Inc. in 1986
Bob has 25 years of search industry experience as the owner of his own company. He started the network in 1986 and has devoted himself full-time since 2003. This experience has provided him with "real world" experience, regarding the challenges that the independent recruiter faces every day.
Bob has a BS degree in Biology and is a former naval officer and sales manager for a large international chemical company.

Susan Murrell
Vice President of Administration and Operations
Susan started with NBN in 1994 as Network Director and currently is the VP of Administration and Operations. She works closely with Kristin and her staff to maintain NBN's web sites and oversees web site training. Susan is also in charge of daily operations and administrative network matters. Prior to joining NBN Susan spent 10 years with local retail, corporate and non-profit companies as an Area Manager, HR Director and Divisional Trainer.
Susan attended Old Dominion University where she majored in Business Administration. Susan resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and two children. The family enjoys all types of outdoor activities, sports and trips to the beaches of the Outer Banks where they are members of the NC Aquarium Society. Susan is a USSF licensed Soccer Coach for the Virginia Rush Soccer Club and volunteers her time coaching advanced soccer teams.

Kara Russell
Vice President Member Services
Kara Russell started her career in Financial Services. She then went into sales with a major medical company for 8 years. In 1999, she joined National Banking Network, specializing in Member Recruiter Services. Kara is now Vice President of Marketing and Recruiter Services. She identifies recruiting firms on a national basis who may benefit from the synergy of our "invitation only" network which specializes in Accounting, Finance and Financial Services.
Kara is a James Madison University graduate with a B.S. in Finance. Kara, her husband, and two children reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and enjoy skiing and outdoor sports.

Kristin Baruch

Kristin has 15 years of experience in marketing, web site development and search engine optimization. Prior to joining the NBN team, Kristin designed, optimized and marketed multiple travel websites for a Chicago-based travel agency in which she was part owner. In three years she tripled online sales by re-branding the business' leisure travel division, expanding the company's niche leisure travel web presence and optimizing and obtaining top search engine placement in the industry. Kristin also formerly started a non-profit organization spearheading the problem of drunk driving in college cities nation-wide by helping colleges start, fund and run "safe ride home" programs. Kristin is an entrepreneur with strong organizational, marketing and website development skills. She is a 1995 graduate of the University of Florida from the College of Journalism with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations.
