Membership Qualifications
It takes MORE than money to become a Member.
Membership is by invitation only. Each member is carefully screened and selected based upon a proven track record verified by their clients. The honesty and integrity of prospective members is also verified with other recruiters they have worked with.
Prospective members must have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in banking and/or financial services recruiting.
It is not necessary (although preferred) for the entire firm to specialize in banking or financial services, however the firm should at least have one person (owner or other recruiter) who truly specializes in an area of banking or financial services on a full-time basis.
Prospective member should bring synergy to existing membership NOT redundant competition.
All members are committed to maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards.
