We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties- ever.  Our members will share your personal information with their client comps but only with your permission.  Although we may disclose aggregated information about the use of our Web site, that information does not contain Personal Information.  We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties.  However, we may share Personal Information with our contractors and service providers in order to maintain, enhance or add to the functionality of the Web site.  If NBN becomes part of another organization, that organization will posses the Personal Information collected by NBN Inc and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information is used to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest in. We will use your Personal Information for internal purposes only and will never sell or share your personal information except with our members and then client only with your permission.  Sensitive information such as your income level and credit card information will be kept completely private.

Should you fill out a Bio, the amount of information you chose to keep confidential is entirely up to your discretion.  You may enter as much or as little information as you chose.  All information posted will only be visible to recruiter members.  All recruiters are strictly screened and have been determined by NBN to legitimately seeking applicants to open positions.

In your use of the site, we also store such information as jobs you’ve applied for, jobs you’ve viewed, your resume, and similar information (“Personal Information”).  We track clickstream data to monitor utilization and ensure good customer experience.  We also use Personal Information to provide you with targeted job information. 

Choice/Opt-out

When you register for our site, we use your email address to send you internal communications from NBN.  If you’ve registered to receive email communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists.  You may Opt-out to any of our communications by changing your Account Settings.  Indicate from which distribution lists you would like to have your name removed.
