Meet Our Team:

Bob Cozzens CEO & Founder of NBN, Inc.

Bob has 25 years of search industry experience as the owner of his own company. He started the network in 1986 and has devoted himself full-time since 2003. This experience has provided him with "real world" experience, regarding the challenges that the independent recruiter faces every day.

Bob has a BS degree in Biology and is a former naval officer and sales manager for a large international chemical company.

Kara Russell Network Director

Kara Russell started her career in Financial Services. She moved into sales with a major medical company for 8 years. In 1999, she joined National Banking Network, specializing in Member Recruiter Services. As Vice President, Kara identifies recruiting firms on a national basis who may benefit from the synergy of our invitation only network which specializes in recruiting and staffing Accounting, Audit, Finance and Tax professionals.

Kara is a James Madison University graduate with a B.S. in Finance. Kara, her husband, and two children reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia,and enjoy boating and the beach.

Liz Carey Network Coordinator

Liz joined National Banking Network in 2012, and she provides network and member support for SearchBankingJobs.com and SearchAccountingJobs.com.

Liz is an Emerson College graduate with a writing degree. Originally from Massachusetts, Liz and her husband now reside in Hampton Roads and enjoy watching hockey and going to concerts.
