JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities include developing and communicating corporate regulatory reporting policy in alignment with regulations from all US regulatory bodies, monitor changes made by FASB and evaluate the impact to regulatory reporting, design and deliver technical training for new and existing regulatory reporting requirements, review complex transactions to acheive proper reporting results, lead regulatory policy discussions with head office, internal and external auditors and regulators.

QUALIFICATIONS

6+ Years public accounting and or banking-financial services experience, strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting, strong knowledge of banking products. STONG WRITING and communication skills.

Accounting or Finance degree / CPA, MBA a plus.
