| |
| Global Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and consolidation of operations for the Global Services Division. Monitors accounting activities and results and assists in the preparation of management reporting. Also, assists with financial oversight for the Global Services Division business units. This will serve as a primary liaison between the Global Services Division and Corporate on accounting issues. Plans and conducts complex studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of a business unit(s). Performs complex statistical, cost and financial analysis of financial reports and data, and prepares analysis for management. Responsibilities include: Proactively identifies and surfaces financial issues and opportunities Maintains and develops models for revenue and expense estimates Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis Performs complex financial and business related analysis, research and trending Provides analytical and business partnering support to the senior management team of the business unit(s) Prepares various reports, analyzes business trends for the BU Leads/supports the development of the BU budget/forecasts and the business planning process Actively works with the BU managers to ensure that financial goals and metrics are achieved Coordinates with Corporate accounting on monthly and quarterly close and facilities any requests from the independent accountants/auditors Manages the accounting staff |

| Qualifications BS/BA in Accounting, 7+ years of Controller work experience; International experience is a must; MUST HAVE STRONG FINANCIAL ANALYTICS EXPERIENCE AND NOT JUST FINANCIAL REPORTING CPA is required Excellent technical accounting skills - experience and ability to research technical accounting (GAAP issues) Detailed oriented and ability to produce timely and accurate management reporting Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management Excellent oral and written communication skills, including partnering and presenting to senior management Results driven focus and ability to see issues through to completion in a timely manner Highly effective individual who can work independently with excellent organizational skills Leadership presence and successful strategic leadership experience Ability to use tact and persuasion as appropriate Financial reporting/modeling and demonstrated skills in problem solving and project management Experience with budgeting, management reporting, and financial analysis, along with a demonstrated ability to execute are essential Superior (internal) customer service focus and ability to build effective relationships with business unit leaders |
