JOB DESCRIPTION
Call on middle market companies defined as $10mm to $100mm in revenues in the local Tidewater market. Can be either based in Newport News and cover the Peninsula markets or based in Virgina Beach and cover the Southside markets. Focus on C&I lending to operating companies but can also do CRE. Need full service RM with credit skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years on the line as a commercial banker. Local market knowledge needed. Middle market experience desired. Credit skills required to enable the RM to underwrite own deals with some assistance from the credit dept. collecting financials and doing spreads. Possibly will consider an outstanding candidate working a lower market segment but would have to be very impressive.
