JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with revenues greater than $100mm. Assisting clients and prospects with comprehensive financial services including operating accounts, cash management and other payments services, business loans, lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, capital markets, corporate finance and various other financial services offered across the bank.  Be the primary point of contact and key financial advisor to the client, basically be the quarterback of a team of specialized experts to help execute various commercial banking services for the client.  Provide innovative solutions to clients, help them enhance their overall corporate strategy by determining needs and cross-selling other divisions of the bank including treasury management, foreign exchange, Private Banking, Retirement Services, derivative hedging and investment banking.  Leverage the bank's brand and footprint to craft capital structures and identify efficiencies in balance sheets that align with and allow for the execution of clients' strategic goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Credit trained.  Investment licenses or willingness to obtain.  Local market knowledge.  Middle market or corporate market segment experience. Knowledge of sophisticated financial products.  Experince calling on larger privately held and publically traded companies.
